Ingredients
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can (10 ½ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth or bouillon
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- Dash pepper
- 1 to 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 8 oz. (4 ½ to 5 cups) Mueller’s kluski egg noodles ¼ cup chopped pimiento
dIRECTIONS
- In saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.
- Blend in soup, broth, milk, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Add chicken.
- Heat, stirring now and then.
- Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed. Drain. Mix lightly with pimiento.
- Arrange noodles on a large serving platter.
- Pour chicken mixture over.
