Notes
From Allyson:
*I used 8 oz. cream cheese.
**I used 6 ounces of Jell-O.
I was never able to get the Jell-O layer to fully set, but I got it closer on the second attempt than the first. For the second attempt, I boiled the water instead of just using hot water. I added it to the Jell-O and stirred until dissolved before adding the strawberries. I used frozen sliced strawberries in sugar instead of frozen whole strawberries. It ended up like an extra thick jam, but not solid like Jell-O. Messy but yummy!
