Julie Kingsbury’s Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

2 LOAVES OR 1 BUNDT |  COOK TIME: 40-60 MIN  |  PREHEAT: 350°

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Mix and bake 40-60 minutes.

Notes

From Allyson: The original recipe did not specify oven temperature. I made this in a Bundt pan and baked for 40 minutes at 350° and it came out beautifully. I also greased the Bundt pan. I let it cool for 15 minutes before flipping out onto a tray and it released perfectly.
